END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. ACCEPTANCE
By installing or using the Bezoku Grammar app ("the App") you agree to this EULA
and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. WHAT YOU GET
Bezoku Limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
licence to use the App on your own devices for your own language-learning and
language-analysis purposes. The core learning features work offline and are free
to use.

3. WHAT WE OWN
The App and the on-device Bezoku language model are the proprietary property of
Bezoku Limited. The models are trained on Universal Dependencies treebanks that
are licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0; those attribution and share-alike obligations
attach only to that training data, not to the App or the model, and the relevant
attribution is shown on the About screen. You may not copy, redistribute,
reverse-engineer, or resell the App or the model except as permitted by law.

4. YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS
Some features let you contribute language data — for example correcting a parse
("flywheel" contributions) or translating app text (i18n). These features are
opt-in and you can opt out at any time.

By contributing, you grant Bezoku Limited a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide,
royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and create
derivative works from your contributions (including for training future models
and building derivative corpora), free of any obligation or payment to you.

You warrant that you have the right to contribute the content you submit, and you
agree NOT to include any personal, confidential, or sensitive information in your
contributions. Contributions are stored without account-identifying personal data.

Feedback and suggested improvements: if you send a bug report, suggested
improvement, or any other feedback or observation (functional or aesthetic), you
agree that Bezoku Limited may use it freely and without restriction or obligation
to you. Any points awarded for feedback are the sole and complete reward for it.
Such a reward is not payment, and it confers on you NO rights whatsoever in
Bezoku Limited or its intellectual property — no licence, assignment, ownership,
equity, royalty, or other claim of any kind in the App, the model, or any product
or feature (including one that resembles or was informed by your feedback).

5. ACCOUNTS
An optional account (email + password) unlocks online features such as points
sync, contribution upload, and purchases. You are responsible for keeping your
credentials secure and for activity under your account.

6. PURCHASES
Points may be purchased to accelerate access to optional PRO features. All
learning features remain freely earnable without payment. Payments are processed
by a third-party payment provider; the App never sees or stores your card details.

7. NO WARRANTY
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Grammatical and
structural analysis is produced by a statistical model and may be incorrect; it
is for educational guidance only.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bezoku Limited is not liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by the laws of the European Union and its member states,
except where mandatory local law (including Canadian law, given Bezoku Limited's
Canadian incorporation) applies to you.

10. CHANGES
We may update this EULA. Material changes will be presented for your acceptance
in the App before they take effect.
